Click on the "Download to Computer" button below the '42 ' Timeline Cover.

Save the Full Size Image to your computer.

Go to your Facebook Timeline and Click on "Change Cover".

Choose the dropdown "Upload a Photo" and upload the image.

Click on "Save Changes" once uploaded.
