Click on the "Download to Computer" button below the 'New Year 35' Timeline Cover.

Save the Full Size Image to your computer.

Go to your Facebook Timeline and Click on "Change Cover".

Choose the dropdown "Upload a Photo" and upload the image.

Click on "Save Changes" once uploaded.
